2. Services

We provide professional executive assistance, business concierge, coordination, and related support services for international executives, foreign investors, corporate delegations, and business visitors to Moldova. The scope, duration, and pricing of each engagement are agreed individually before services begin. All services are subject to availability.

3. Requests & Bookings

Requests submitted through this website, by email, or by phone are treated as inquiries and do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted it in writing and, where applicable, any required deposit has been received.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted per engagement and communicated before services commence. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms, minimum hours, and any deposit requirements will be confirmed at the time of booking. We accept payment by the methods indicated during booking, including major card networks (Visa, Mastercard).

5. Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are set out at the time of booking and depend on the type of service. Certain arrangements made on your behalf with third parties (restaurants, venues, wellness services, transport) may be non-refundable once confirmed.

6. Third-Party Services

Some services involve coordination with independent third parties, including TerraLux Spa wellness services, restaurants, venues, and transport providers. We act as a coordinator and are not liable for the acts, omissions, or quality of services delivered directly by such third parties.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to communicate your requirements clearly and in good time, and to comply with all applicable laws during your visit. You are responsible for your own conduct and for any costs incurred on your behalf that you have authorised.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the provision of services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, and images, is the property of TerraLux Group or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Chișinău.
